I have to tell you how impressed I am with the work you have been doing.
I agree whole hearted that Weight loss is a side effect of fitness. When you stop focussing on losing weight and focus on becoming fit…you will lose the weight while you get fit. Becoming fit is the focus not losing the weight. I lost 4 inches by watching what I was eating, watching my portions and exercising on a regular schedule. I wasn’t depriving myself of much or starving. Just being selective and aware about my intake. Also I started treating my work-out like I was going to an important client meeting. My client is me and my meeting is my life. How much more important is that?
